Consular Services Management System (MADAD) has been set up by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to manage the grievances pertaining to the consular services offered by Indian Missions/Posts abroad. Grievants can register as MADAD users to lodge their grievances related to the consular services, and track the progress made towards resolution of the same by the concerned Mission/Post.
In addition to grievances, MADAD also enables Indian students studying/planning to study abroad to register as MADAD users and submit their course/contact details with MEA which may be useful in connecting with the Government of India for various future initiatives/requirements. |
